1) Who is Homeproud Maids & Services?

We are a professional and registered cleaning company, providing a comprehensive range of services to suit your home needs.

We are not a maid agency and therefore do not charge any agency fee or registration fee. No hidden costs as well.

2) Who cleans my home?

Our employees are either Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. We are between 30 to 60 years old and well trained by the company.

We shall send homeowners a regular maid or more to work with, depending on the size of your home. Free replacements are allowed without any additional costs at all.

3) What happens if the maid injures herself?

All our workers are insured under the Workmen’s Compensation. If our worker injures herself, the company would be responsible for her injury.

4) Do I have to be at home when the cleaners are in?

Not necessary. In fact, most homeowners are out when our cleaners are at work.

5) Do I have to leave my keys with Homeproud?

It is absolutely up to the homeowner!  You can be assured of the safety of your key with us. Otherwise, it is the normal practice for some to provide us with the mailbox keys so that we can get the house key on the day of cleaning. But it is of absolute importance to leave the house key in the mail box on the day of cleaning.

6) Do I need to sign for a long term contract?

No, there is no minimum contract to bind you to our services. However, if you choose to start, pls notify us at least one month in advance to suspend or terminate a period previously agreed on.
